Ok Darcy you seem skeptical about freedom 35.

Here is some info:

My department:

3 Analysts - ages 22, 25 (me), 26 average salary approx. $ a lot.

2 Associates - both 26, average salary approx. $250,000

2 VP's - 30, 32, average salary approx. $350,000+ depending on company profit

1 Director - 36, average salary approx. $500,000+ depending on company profit

1 Managing Director - 37, from my calculations he makes about $2-4 Million a year. He just bought a $750,000 dollar special edition porche.

Also as an understanding of how much money goes through our office here is a nice stat. Since I've started (March 1 2005) I have kept a spread sheet of how much revenue we have made. So in less than two months it is in excess of $8.5 Million dollars. So I'm sure that the upper guys will be getting a nice bonus in June.

So now by the time you finish school I will have about 4 years of experience and 4 years of cash. In two years I will be an Associate. So as long as I don't spend money like I'm fuckin Donald Trump, then I'll be cool.

So really freedom 35 doesn't mean never work again...it just means that I'll be out the big city life and living on pei (maybe) with a money crib all the toys I can handle....a go cart track in the back yard. Hopefully working as a consultant or maybe an oil and gas fund manager (maybe 20 hours a week)....I haven't really thought about it.....all I know is I came home last night and my girl had three different kinds of import beer in my fridge and food ready to go.........as long I got that type of life I'm rich bitch.
