I'm gonna have to say I'm liking what I've heard of Gnarls Barkley. I've only heard the song "Crazy" but that songs the bombay. The video's kinda cool too. I'd say I'll be downloading the album on the spanking new MacBook (purchased yesterday). Oh, and Chappelle Season 3 is gonna be off the hook. Also, I recommend seeing Block Party. Good music and funny as shit. And oh yeah, the Heat can't be stopped.

Hot Hot Heat

Damn it is hot in Mtl! So the last two weeks have been filled with mostly studying my ass off...but sometimes we drink. Last night was one of these nights. I studied till about 8:30pm and Dacry met me at the McGill Library (already pretty drunk), we went back to his spot played some soccer on the computer (I killed him) and pounded a case of PBR. Stuble to the bar....this is the part of the story that only needs certian facts told to understand everything...so here goes.

Damn Johnyx on the fast track eh, cause when I think back I moved in with the GF after bout 4 months so can't really say nothing. Although I'm approaching two years and the thought of a ring still freaks me out. Maybe half soon we'll see, just so that we can have a big party that's all.

Anyway well if you ever wondered what she's doing now she works at the University Ave. Wendy's. HAHHAAHHA funny shit. Not as a manager but as a cash person, cleaned the dining room while I was there the other day I had to fight laughing my ass off.

- No bad news, which is good.

It's big Ralph's Birthday today, he's 52.

What's the plan for the summer? I'll probably make a visit. What are the good dates for everyone? Maybe we should all go and see the Nitro Fishing boats this summer. Maybe even enter a boat.

Alright... So I lurk the blog everyday but I never post... I'm always too lazy login.... Here's the deal with me-

The move to Toronto is for sure... Nicole got accepted to Ryerson University for fashion design, so starts the hunt for an apt. Since I'm moving, I'm not playing in the band anymore and I'm missing another 2 month tour all over North Amercia... bummed. My boss hasnt paid me in about 2 month... I have a big pay-day coming up soon, but fuck.. I need money now. I also got a raise, but it doesnt really matter when you're not getting money. Nigga's gotta eat.

I'm starting to skateboard again. Halifax is getting a sweet concrete park right where the existing 'bowl' is. I stole my room mates wheels off her skate because she's a girl and wouldnt notice if I put wheels from a lawn mower back on hers.


Tomorrow night... Gracy VS. Hughes... Stoked for this. Hughes is fucked but for some reason I'm going for Gracy.

Lately being the Orkin man has been not too bad. Yesterday worked for a couple hours met my boss for lunch. Worked for an hour went shopping for shoes then met with my boss for supper. Today did two hours work, played XBOX at Dougies, got baked, played more XBOX at Dougies. I work hard sometimes.

On the topic of weather, you may want to bring a rain coat matt. It has been raining here for at least a week and I think it is suppost to last until sometime next week (thursday according to the 14 day forecast on the weather network). If you are packing light you are welcome to use one of mine. I am also very suprised about the detail that you were able to get regarding Coach C getting fired all the way across canada - very impressive. I don't hear shit unless it is on this blog. Deb only calls me once a month or more so I rarely have any idea what is going on in the fam either unless I am talking to the tis on msn - update - lil' tis (baby of undetermined sex) is due in july I believe (could be june). Really would want to be in Ben coles shoes - that would suck.

First off...

...Darcy will a 27" Sony LCD widescreen be sufficent enough for me to be able to get the PS3? Also do you really think that a $600 price tag is going to stop the masses from getting PS3? I was reading the other day that of 80% of gamers (based on money spent) are males in between the ages of 24-30. This age group also seems to have a lot of disposable cash to toss at this type of thing. These things are going to go like mutha fuckin hot cakes!!!

All extremely dope in they own way. If you're not down with Gnarls Barkley it's like this. Cee Lo + Danger Doom = Gnarls Barkley ....which obviously = Super Dope Tounges. Chali 2NA is from J5 and this is just a super dope mix tape.

Heard about the Connolly clan getting fired the morning of....the Connolly clan members out here got the call and I was informed in the morning. Spoke to some members of the ball community and these are the interesting points:

• Mike didn't recruit two kids from Montage who are good/smart (95% Ave.) and the quote I heard was "....they aren't going to do anything for us for 2-3 years so why waste time with them.." They are going to Lakehead. Ron Annear is from Montage.

• Mike as a rep around the leage of not being able to develop a player and just buys them. Nutbrown, Mike and some other coaches were at a clinic in Hali last year and Mike was complaining about not having enough funding...Nutbrown turns to him and in front of everyone says..."Did you ever think about trying to develop a basketball player rather than buying them...kinda like the rest of us!!"

• Also heard that a lot of the 'Booster Money' is soon going to grow legs and book town. Not really surprising, but good for Ron Annear get that shit outta herrrrr.

I know people are hyped to see an Orkin pic but I'm sorry to dispoint. Unlike the company advertisements I actually look fresh in my outfit. Simply black dress pants and a white button up shirt. So sorry, I do have a hardhat, but it's not like I drive around town, or go to peoples house wearing it. Only for spots that reguire a hard hat, and since if the spot requires a hard hat, and everyone else is also wearing one then its not funny.

Since I'm on the island I feel compelled to relay the latest news I hear about people so here is the latest piece. Ben Coles, who as everyone knows married Erin Norton, is now working on a seperation from Erin Norton. Imagine being that guy. "Yeah Bruce, about me and your daughter ................." talk about scarry.

Visited Peakes last night, was sober but drove the Jeep down and went in cause Ray Rashed was able to get us in past the extensive line up at both entrances. Anyway if there was ever any doubt of the quality of the girls on PEI, there isn't when your in there. I hate peakes personally, packed as fuck, nothing to do but walk around and listen to people freak out over the same song that they've been freaking out over everyweekend for the last 20 years. You know the ones. But the ASS! The ASS is retarted, white pants and skirts everywhere, it's like candy land, but ASS instead of candy. HA. Doesn't matter how old it is, cause I'm only looking plus 25, divided by 2 plus 7 is 19.5. So since thats the rule I'm pretty much set anyway.

There is no point in getting the ps3 unless you shell out another couple thousand to buy a worthy tv. I would wait until the price drops. I think there will be some major competition between MS and sony so the price is bound to drop (especially if they don't sell too many right away).

So Darcy...I'm gonna be there on Sat the 20th of May. Not sure when Heather and her crew are showing up but it will be fine...my plan is to sleep about 6 hours a day and study for 12-14, which leaves about 4 for eating and drinking.

PS3 will be mine. I have held off on getting a xbox due to the fact that I've heard they suck and the PS3 is supposed to be 100x better. BETTER BE!!

The new Nintendo looks cool in design and fuctionality. I will most likely purchase just to play the new Zelda...heard that the sports games could be cool too with the new style of controller/remote.

Sorry about that Darce. I was simply referring to Matt's post about going to game 7. Saying that I would definitely rather have been going to the hockey game instead of working overtime at DVA. You see it's a court case (who: Joe Authorson vs. the Federal Government), we're located in the Sherwood Mall (where: Ellis Bros. Mall) and I work out of a cubicle (seat: my cubicle). Hopefully that clears things up for ya bud.

They are crazy popular in the UK and are on there second north american tour soon (hoping to go see them when they come here).
