NUMBERS, NUMBERS, NUMBERS...

I want to know the following:

• how many ml's per $190
• are there different prices (in $/ml) for different wines
• what are these differentials
• is there a possibility of deferral of a yearly ($190) amount to the next year

then with this info I have to consider the actual value of the wine and compare it to those that are in the same class. Only then will I be able to give this investment it's true value and only then will I say that it is ....x dollars profit in wine.

Your 'crude' math and analysis is not giving this wine a proper value. Who knows it could turn out to be more or less. We'll have to let Excel do the talking.
