Pancakes, Bulls and Implants

So it's Stampede time here in Calgary. I'll try and get some pictures up for your veiwing pleasure. Needless to say I've been drunk everyday since friday....also I was drinking with Phil Connolly and Mike Rankin on Friday....and I got an invite yesterday to Tamara and Gill's for a party this weekend.

Darcy...I have purchaced my ticket and have received the OK from the big man....so I will be home on Friday Aug 5 until Monday Aug 15. Questions:

• Who is going to pick me up at the Airport? I was going to rent a car but it looks to be a giant waste of money.....but I will if I can get a Smart Car.

• Is Chris' wedding going to be a suit and tie affair? I assume so...but I want to know just to make sure.

• Wedding Presents? Registered?

• Ed do you think Butch will be up for daily bike rides? Cause if so I will take my bike home.

ps This is my bike, the I-Banking Cowboys and our Cowgirl Assistant and me and another Analyst duking it out in the rodeo arena. We had a private rodeo for 2500 ppl mostly clients and their families. So at the end of the day my boss put us in the ring and people 'bet' on who they thought would be the first on their back.....all the money went to Charity.

I don't think I'll be able to make it down again, because I start more courses on July 28th and the courses are crazy fast. But we'll see.

What happened to Myron's is far too extensive to get into over the blog, since anone who drinks has been obsessed with the topic for several months. The short version is simply that Jerry Macdonald owes tons of people tons of money and the governement sut down all his business's including Myron's. Mad rumors circulating about it's revival, heard a new one today actually.

Friday I will be getting down from the roof around 5 or 6ish heading to John Myron's and getting black out, indian drunk by 7 or 8 ish. Call the phone.

I'm coming down Friday afternoon. Ed, where are you going to be at? Donnie works until 8:00. So might stop it at Megan's place. Then hook up with whoevers around later on.

Just got a tetanus shot today, step on the same nail twice this weekend working in the basement. So if you think I'm quite this weekend, I might have lockjaw. Approximately 11% of reported cases of tetanus are fatal.

Just to clarify the actual wedding is at the chaplaincy center at the university (unless plans have changed and no one has told me). Ed you probably know more then I do about it because I barely talk to the clan. The reception is what is going to be at the cottage - from what I understand it is going to be a BBQ. Going tomorrow to get some bachelor/ette stuff on St. Catherine which must have the most sex shops per square inch in north america, so I am not expecting to have much trouble. At the top of my to find list is genital shaped ice-cube trays and muffin pans. I am sure deb will find a use for them after I am done using them. John when I are you coming to visit again, I won't be home till like midnight on the 24th cuz lyndsay and I are flying into halifax.

Yeah realized my error in judgement on the tourny/wedding weekend. Was a little out of er when I wrote that. All cleared up now though since I had a lengthy convo with Ron at the mall today. There was a strong clellan clan representation outside of winner's this afternoon and needless to say Ron is Money!

For the wedding it sounds like they are working on getting some sort of tent system in case it rains, regardless of the weather it is going to be at the cottage. I am working on a joint bachelor/bachelorette party the weekend before just waiting for Tis and Mrs Tis to send me a list of friends to contact so I can get the thing rolling.

Sorry about the lack of blogging lately bitches.... Didn't have the internet for a while there and since then I've just been lazy... So what's new eh??? Fucking lazy cunt. Work is good, like Ed said the weather has been absolute shite but on the nice days, work is busy as fuck.... Other than that I've done a couple of banquets which you get a gratuity for so that's easy money. Did a party for Gary Demillionaire's bar exam (is that what you call it when you become a lawyer???) Darcy got some bad news, Floody has maxed out our team at 25 so it looks like you won't be able to play. But if you're home next week then maybe I'll be able to work something out. He's a bit fucked that way. He did say you could play then he goes and says you can't now because we're full. Keep your fingers crossed. So does this mean you're home for the summer? Sweet. John is coming next weekend, the pre tournament is on. Allas you'd better get some exhibition games in before you come or you won't be able to keep up with us highly trained individuals. Loads of pre tournament, tournaments......

Tommorow night we're having a house crawl with about 60 people. Twenty bucks each=lots of fucking drunk people dressed up as truckers... (Trucker theme, I'm going as Seabass.... Gotta get a hat that says wine em' dine em' sixty nine em')

Wow I can't believe Darcy is coming home next week, Alls you to right? Damn I remember talking about the tourny and thinking it was forever away and that I'd be into full fledge summer mode, have a good number of beach days under my belt.

Beach Days to date= 0, days this month that have been cold as fuck and I think that at any moment I'll fall off the roof cause it will start snowing 14 (It's the 16th). The tourney fuck I hope everyone still remembers, I'll be sure to pass the warning on to Trev and Donnie who for some reason have vanished from the blog scene.

Darcy is there alternate wedding arrangements made, because no one is getting married outside if the weather is anything like it's been all week.
